Privacy Policy
Subsentry is in closed beta. This policy isn't lawyer-reviewed yet — it describes what we actually do today, plainly. We'll ship a lawyer-reviewed version before the product is publicly available. If anything below seems wrong or worrying, email privacy@subsentry.app. We'll fix it.
What we collect
Your bank statements, the transactions we parse out of them, your chat messages with the agent, and the email you signed up with. That's it.
How long we keep it

Who else sees your data

| Anthropic Claude | Classifies your statement and powers the agent. |
| OpenAI | Fallback model when Claude is unavailable. |
| MinIO (Hetzner) | Stores your statement file for 90 days. |
| Sentry | Error logging. Added when we ship our next deploy phase. |
Your rights
You can delete your account and all your data at any time — use the Delete account button in Settings, or email privacy@subsentry.app. We act on requests within 30 days.
